Hi - I'm Molly Hetrick. I am a credentialed professional coach who works primarily with "left-brained" professionals who are seeking to build their leadership and social-emotional toolkits. Welcome!
My 30 years of corporate strategic planning and analytical leadership in a few extremely large organizations, prepared me well to support other professionals who are seeking to maneuver political waters and have a greater impact in their organizations.
My academic background includes a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California and coaching education from Fielding Graduate University. I am certified facilitator of the Harvard-developed Immunity to Change process.
I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals from different industries and cultures. I've observed that most of us share similar pain points ... that feeling of being an imposter when faced with a new challenge; the fear of speaking up in a group; the question of how to get people to buy-into your amazing idea; where to start in managing others; and just simply questioning Am I in over my head?
